Nikkei China reported that METI confirmed photovoltaic power generation will be about 7% for best energy constitute in 2030, nuclear power generation which is the lower cost will be 20 ~ 22%, meanwhile they will control the high cost of photovoltaic power generation. Japan want to decrease energy cost by this, but maybe it will affect the popularity of photovoltaic power generation in the future.

　　METI issued power generation cost estimation book on 27th April.As it indicated the cost of large-scale photovoltaic power generation is JPY12.7~JPY15.5 per kw/h and wind power generation is JPY13.9~JPY21.9.Because photovoltaic power generation will be effected by weather or other factors,some families and companies have to pay extra charge if they need more power.

　　METI released the energy construction draft after 2015 on 28th April according to this estmation. As it indicated that 22%~24% reliable energy for PV power generation will be about 7% and wind power generation will be about 1.7%. Although someone suggested it should develop reliable energy, METI considered it maybe increase citizen's bear.Then they decide to control rate of PV and Wind power generation under 10%.
