According to the report by Nikkei BP，The Gunma Isesaki and Maebashi City suffered from sudden hail and gust of wind around from 4 pm to 6 pm on June 15th.Some roofs were blown off and some telegraph pole were blown down. The strong wind blown off more than 700 solar panels in photovoltaic  generation equipment which is set by Isesaki three and Cho and caused mass pactors collapse.

Damaged photovoltaic power plant sets almost 1300 solar panels,total output power amounts to 330KW,which is about 50KW as a group turned into alternating current and then Low voltage grid.

The way to set solar panels:The single pile into the ground in the deep of 1m,then the joint will assemble single pile and stand together. Array (battery plate setting unit of solar panel) is roughly divided into 5 pieces,2 columns set in south and north. At 15 degrees angle, 3 about 230 (23 x 10) and 2 340 (34 x 10) were set in solar panel.230 and about 340(northeast side) after column for the array were almost all damaged. The front (south side)  about 340 battery plate array were half damaged,but the rest in the north were not damaged.

     Isesaki city is blown by northeast wind, The estimated 2 arrays in the back of northeast column suffered from strong wind, The whole stand was blown off from the pile foundation,fell to the front array and half damaged.

Metalwork which is disengaged from the stand in the solar panel were blown off in the process of stand collapse.PCS(about 10KW*5SETS)which is set down array,three stands with single pile were blown off together.

With the development of photovoltaic industry,the owner of power plant and EPC increase revenue by lowering costs and increasing electricity generation,so does photovoltaic industry.It only accounts for 3% in the total costs in the large solar generation project,but suffer from harsh weather.The function of equipment which sustain the core of power plant can ensure project stable.As well-known company Radiant,we advise that users should choose the company which has advantage in brand ,avoid poor quality,otherwise will cause loss than gain.
